I’m Schirin Chams-Diba, founder of and your guide for Return to your Essence- Medicine™ - a methodology to assist you to live your authentic, sovereign, spiritual, sanctified way of life. The modalities I offer range from Esoteric Hypnosis, Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapy, Flower Essences, Spiritual Counseling, Herbal Medicine, Naturopathy and Sacred Dance Somatic Therapy.
I’ve traversed the planes of many fields as a professional for the past two decades. I hold a ‘Bachelor of Complementary Medicine’, various Diplomas from renown global institutes for said modalities ( please, refer to 'About Me' page ) . I weave together Ancient Healing Traditions with Modern Natural Healthcare Professionalism. I’ve worked full-time in a clinical practice , helping hundreds of clients. My offerings are rooted in a deep understanding of women's reproductive health and women's studies as well as life challenges.
In life, we can only ever give what we have acquired ourselves. Especially, as guides and healers, we go through each step from being broken to whole. I can only make sense of my own pain, challenges and trials in life by knowing that this is exactly what helps me have more understanding and compassion for others.
It begins with each one of us, we can only take full responsibility for our selves. Yet, we are all part of a Greater Healing in order to be in service to our true purpose in life.
No matter how different our walks of life can be, we are in this together - part of a Whole.
Healing seems more important than ever before as our own health is reflected in that of the Earth.
One of my gifts to you is self-worth and embodiment … the nuances of true self-worth, I had to reclaim bit by bit through rites of passage, the trials of life … and here I am, sometimes on the journey, sometimes past the destination.
